I understand that if I am ever unable to keep my Walk with Me Doodles puppy, at any age, I must contact Walk with Me Doodles and follow the return/rehome provisions of my contract.

I understand that Walk with Me Doodles puppies are placed on a strict spay/neuter contract unless breeding rights have been approved and purchased separately.

If approved and matched with the right litter or puppy, are you prepared to place the required reservation fee to secure your spot. *Reservation fees are non-refundable, but transferrable for 2 years from the date paid.
